About Mike Meiers

Mike Meiers is a Nashville-based Emmy Award–Winning Composer, Producer, and Songwriter whose journey began in the DIY punk scene. After cutting his teeth touring the East Coast, grinding through van tours, and performing on iconic stages like the Vans Warped Tour, Mike made a pivotal shift, bringing that same raw energy, work ethic, and melodic instinct into the world of film and television.

Known for serving the song above all else, Mike favors melodic, memorable, emotionally clear writing over unnecessary complexity. His signature blend of organic guitars, pop-centric hooks, and Bach-inspired melodic movement has made him a go-to for productions looking for music that elevates story without distracting from it.

Mike’s work has been featured across major networks and platforms, including NBC, Fox, Fox Sports, PBS, Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, TNT, SkyTV, Network10, Oxygen, Discovery, and countless others.

When he’s not producing or composing for TV and film, Mike teaches thousands of songwriter-guitarists inside his Songwriting For Guitar community, helping the next wave of creators develop the skills and confidence to break into the industry. He lives in Nashville with his wife, Jenn, and their pup, Leela.
